VITA - Video Editor & Maker

What VITA does

VITA - Video Editor & Maker is a mobile video editing app for turning clips and photos into short, finished videos. It suits casual creators, vloggers, and social media users who want editing tools that are easier to manage on a phone than a full desktop editor. The app is developed by SNOW Corporation and is listed in the Video Players & Editors category.

Editing tools

The editor includes controls for trimming footage, changing playback speed, adding transitions, and applying visual effects. Users can add animated text, choose from different fonts, and place music or other elements over their clips. Picture-in-picture and overlay tools support reaction videos, collage-style edits, and layered scenes without requiring separate editing software.

Templates and visual style

VITA also offers vlog templates that help structure clips with preset pacing and transitions. Effects include styles such as glitch, glitter, and bling, giving users quick ways to change the look of raw footage. These options are useful when the goal is a short vertical video with a defined visual theme rather than a complex long-form production.

Use and reputation

The interface is built around a timeline and preview area, keeping the main editing actions accessible while working on a phone. It is suitable for beginners, while speed controls, overlays, and typography provide room for more deliberate edits. VITA has a 4.33 rating from 939,273 reviews and has recorded 100,000,000+ installs, indicating broad use among Android video creators.
